Our Promise To You

We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased in our stores or on by your receipt or packing slip, offering receipt return or exchanged online.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.

Please mail your online return to 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756 with your request for a return or exchange.

If you are visiting Clearwater Marine Aquarium and would like to return your online order, please bring your items and packaging receipt. We currently do not accept in store exchanges for online orders as our online products differ from in store.

Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited, other restrictions may apply.

Open music, movies, video games and software cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for the same title, for the same or different gaming platform.


Coupon Purchases: returns of items purchased using Manufacturer Coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of original payment.

Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.

PayPal Purchases: refund will be issued via PayPal.

Tax: the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

In most instances, Clearwater Marine Aquarium stores can verify purchases made in Stores and on Clearwater Marine within the last 90 days on a credit or debit card.
