To find your order status, you will need to login in to your account at https://store.marineliferescueproject.org. From there navigate to the “Orders” tab on the left side of the screen. In this tab you will be able to see all of your orders and a status of “Processing” or “Completed” listed. When an order is marked as completed, it has been shipped.
Orders that are placed Sunday-Thursday will typically ship 1-2 days after your purchase date to provide you time to make any adjustments to your order. Orders that are placed Friday-Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
Domestic Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3-5 business days.
International Orders are shipped through USPS International First Class and arrive within 14 business days (dependent on the country and potential custom delays).
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and USPS International First Class on marineliferescue.org. Our online store automatically calculates shipping costs using real-time USPS pricing.
Marine Life Rescue™ and Clearwater Marine Aquarium are not responsible for additional import duties, taxes and customs fees/charges. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover these charges and fees.
Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.
Please mail your online return to 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756 with your request for a return or exchange.
- Exceptions: Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited and other restrictions may apply. Open music, movies, video games and software cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for the same title, for the same or different gaming platform.
If you are visiting Clearwater Marine Aquarium and would like to return your online order, please bring your items and packaging receipt. We currently do not accept in store exchanges for online orders as our online products may differ from in store.
We will happily accommodate a return or exchange for you! Please follow the steps below:
- For exchanges only: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have the new size or item in stock.
- Package the following items:
- Return or exchange items
- Clearwater Marine Aquarium receipt
- A note with an indication of return or exchange
- Email address for us to send tracking information to
- Ship to 1415 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) to Marine Life Rescue.
Once we receive your package, we will process the return or exchange as soon as possible. If you are doing an exchange, we will ship the new item to you and send a new tracking number to your email address.
We do our best to ensure items are safely packaged and damage-free. If your item arrived broken or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com. We will offer a refund or exchange in its place. If you choose to do a return, you will receive your refund through your original form of payment.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, 100% of the net proceeds of your purchase on marineliferescue.org goes directly toward our mission of marine life rescue, rehab and release. We specifically use this revenue to fund our operations team which consists of the rescue team, sea turtle nesting and rehab teams, marine mammals team, conservation research team and dive team. To login to your Marine Life Rescue customer account, you will need to navigate to our store: https://store.marineliferescueproject.org. From there, you will click on the account icon in the top right of the screen next to the shopping cart. A pop-up will open asking you to sign-in or register a new account.
If you can’t remember you password, there is a “Forgot Password?” link you can click on to go through the process of resetting your password.
